I am relatively new to Dairy Queen (DQ). I first started going to the one on Route 9 South and have been pleased with their service and what I have purchased. The other day, I stopped off to pick up something in Harbor Freight in Hazlet and upon leaving, decided to stop in DQ which was a few doors down. Nasty owners and you get hardly anything for your $. Never again will we go to your store!Also no kid size sundae cups! I asked for a dollop of ice cream in a kiddie cup for my dog.Rude owner said no kiddie cup smallest cup is $5.00!!!

We had gone here multiple times as it was close by but every single time the customer service was terrible. The person in charge was always getting our orders wrong, was very rude every single time. I wish I could give zero stars. I would rather drive an extra 15-20 mins to the next DQ going forward instead of coming here.
