This is what was left of my iced matcha latte after I took 2 sips and then realized it was all ice. scooped out the ice and this is what was left. Never again, what a ripoff. They said it was a predetermined serving from a machine and they filled the rest up with ice. I ordered a medium I'm guessing the machine used the espresso setting . They offered to fill it up more but I declined.
I usually don't write reviews of fast food places unless it's either really bad or really good. This is a cautionary tale. I've stopped at this location many times because it's near where I get blood work done, and it's usually pretty good. However, I decided to try the new sourdough breakfast sandwich which was five dollars. I am sorry to say that if you order a hot specialty drink, there is no consistency. I get the same two items every day. 1 hot black coffee with 2 shots of mocha and 1 hot decaf latte with whole milk and 3 sugars. Lately, the drinks seem to be very inconsistent.
