We have been to Fresh a number of times, they consistently have excellent food and the staff is great. The atmosphere is relaxed, maybe a little loud, but that is because everyone is having a great time. I know we always have a great time there, we will continue going.
We had an octopus and a shrimp appetizer which were amazing. For dinner we each had specials. A cod and clam dish with a very well developed tomato based broth and a sweet chili glazed pork chop (recommended medium) with silky potatoes and charred carrots and a soy sauce based plate sauce.
