Such a cute little shop and filled with so many goodies.Chelsea makes such great pies and little treats. I've never had pie crust as good as hers. Flaky and crunchy. I wish I could just buy it.? Such a cute little hidden gem in Hightstown. I got the Mexican chocolate and strawberry coconut cornmeal cake - also brought home a slice of the cranberry oat for my mom. Everything was delicious and the staff was very informative when I was trying to decide what to pick. I will definitely be back!
Pie girl has perfected the art of light and delicate treats with the most savory, flakey crust. Everything here is fantastic. Nothing is artificial and overly sweetened. Just the right hint of flavors for each unique creation she comes up with. Always something different to try from herbal to fruity. Highly recommend the pbj cookies and galettes in particular.
