For some reason the taste, quality and overall experience has deteriorated and its not just at one location. We tried the North Brunswick, NJ location a few weeks ago and the whole order was messed up, we gave it a pass keeping in mind the labor issues etc, tried again same bad experience. Next we were visiting our daughter in Cherry Hill and we had a similar experience there also, where our favorite pan pizza felt more like a thin crust, lacking flavor, ao we were in Hillsborough NJ where we used to order from regularly and ordered yesterday and were dissatisfied. Staff here is friendly, Pizza isn’t!! Something definitely wrong with PiZza Hut.

Very poor serviceWe ordered at 7.30 and as per order pizza should ready by 7.50 but pizza hut guys was not able to find order by 8.30 pm and finally we asked about pizza then they said sorry sorry...useless service by this Hillsborough pizza hut.

Online ordering was simple and easy to use. I could only do carry-out due to my location, but that's all good. Order was made to my liking. Stuff crust has been the best feature from Pizza Hut since it was added. Employee was professional and answered all my questions. Will return in the near future.

Installed the app, got meatlovers with white sauce and a FREE desert! It is actually less expensive to get meatlovers and a free desert through the app, than just to drive up to a store. I am glad to have made such a discovery!

They put some kind of spicy sauce instead of what I ordered on a pizza I bought for my child, witch made it inedible. The entire pizza went in the trash.

Online order takes twice the time they promised. When I asked about it, they mentioned that it’s a establishment time and not actual.Moreover the both the person on call from the store and the delivery person were unprofessional. I never expected this from Pizaz Hut.

Good pizza however this is the third time it has happened and its not holiday, weekend, or something going on but afternoon and when you call to place order you're put on hold for very very long time. After holding for while I've gone somewhere else and ordered for delivery and other pizza shops pick up and deliver fast most all pizzerias in hillsborough. Called Pizza hut again after writing this review now it goes to voice mail after 4-5 rings. Wow! how are they running this business? They probably lose a lot of customers. They either need to increase their staff or have someone dedicated to take orders.
Pizza Hut pizza is my FAVORITE PIZZA!! I love the original pan pizza with pepperoni! The pizza is always consistently great!

This is the third or fourth time I am having issue with my order, every time it gets messed up, first time they gave normal fries when we asked for cajun fries, second time they gave beef pizza when we ordered for chicken pizza, third time they messed up again with some other order, today fourth time we asked for buffalo chicken pizza and there is no buffalo chicken spread and chicken was hardly found. Very pathetic and frustrating
