Usually I order for pick up, never had an issue here.Ordered through uber eats just now, and they gave my order to the wrong driver. Not only that, instead of calling to let me know - they declined remaking the order to give to my actual driver.Four different drivers were assigned to pick up my order (at different times) because they refused to remake the order after an hour of us waiting.Waited on hold with the restaurant for over 8 minutes, offered to pick up my own order and then they hung up.Second time they answered, put me on hold and hung up within the minute.Third time we tried reaching out they didn’t bother to answer.Never ordering from y’all again.

I’ve never been to this store physically, but I’m a repeat ubereats customer. The burgers are exactly as described. I’ve tried about 4 different ones, and each is just as good as the last. Their hotdogs are great too ! My orders are always correct and I’ve never had an issue with this restaurant. My goal is to try all 30 burgers !!!

I think this place is over rated, it’s good food but nothing to hype up over, it is a good spot to eat if you’re drunk that’s about it.

I really wanted a medium-rare double bacon cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap, fries with chipotle mayo dip instead of ketchup, and a chocolate-strawberry shake last night after 10 pm, and I didn't want to have to go out to "Have It My Way" as the old Burger King ads go. All the other places with a 4-star or better rating on GrubHub wouldn't let me customize my order to accommodate that. But 30 Burgers did, it came quickly, and it was not only cooked to my order, it was delicious and the serving size was quite generous.Do I make a lot of demands when I order food, and often order late at night? Yes, I do—which is why I'm willing to pay a premium price and continue to give a restaurant my business if they can accommodate me. 30 Burgers did all of that and more, which is why I not only gave them a 5-star rating but will keep ordering from them.

2 teens Got extremely sick from eating a burger from this place yesterday. Reading other reviews i see that someone mentioned undercooked meat. Be aware. I Called them to tell them about the food poisoning the teens are experiencing but they werent very empathetic so i called the dept if health also.
