Only get bagels/breakfast sandwiches here! I have no idea how they still regular lunch sandwiches, they are not good. Solid bagels, very friendly staff, they will forget things when it's busy so remember to ask for things twice. Will continue to support this place but I wish they would revamp their menu and be more careful about getting orders correctly.

Haven't picked up directly from their shop but don't recommended getting an order delivered. I've given this place a few tries over the last few months and I've had to request a refund for more than half my orders. They either have not toasted bagels, given me the wrong cream cheese, or complete order just went missing.

I am the delivery guy in the morning i came to pick up the food there was a lady working the morning shift she was very rude talking to me with her rude behavior and also i asked for the delivery to pickup she said me no delivery i have work when my customer call her she said it will take more than 30 min so please who is the manager please take care of her and teach her the food manners she is rude to me i dont no about another customer but she is very rude take care of your store

Ain't nothing to laugh about This place deceived me into believing I would get a solid breakfast sandwich. Upon my first bite I noticed the RANCID aroma coming from the ham on my sandwich as the bite continued the taste was if you left something in the back of the fridge too long. Smelled like wishing well and booty. The bacon was undercooked and extremely floppy and thin. The spinach was brown and not fresh. The egg was dry and overcooked very spongy and ALSO tasted off. I wish I could get a refund but Uber eats doesn't really work like that. I really hope I don't get sick. Please don't waste your money eating here. I'm in absolute shock of how you make such a terrible breakfast sandwich. It's the worst sandwich I've ever purchased. Should be shut down.

Been coming here since 2005 since I went to college but this morning I decided I will never be going back again. Raw bacon on my breakfast sandwich on Easter morning. Thankfully I checked the sandwich and didn't just eat it or else I would have been super sick.

In addition to making a good Egg bagel, their pork roll, egg and cheese on a hard roll is a go-to.....So is the peanut butter and jelly and bacon - good combo!

The night woman . I think mostly on the Saturday night shift. Is rude borderline mental issues. My husband left his phone there. We were ringing it repeatedly. I think a customer was nice enough to answer . That disrespectful woman was screaming and what I assumed happened was she told the gentleman to hang up she would not answer the phone there after. To at least our worries. They are rude and the workers treat all night time customers as drunk and fools. This is what Hoboken has diminished to. Not no neighborly cuminty. However the business owners who allow this behavior to go on could care less. No one cleans that place up at night. I remember the old owner. Same negative business owners. This lady is certifiable. Handling food.

The bagels here are great. I now come frequently to get fresh bagels on the weekend. They can improve the customer service. They seem a little overwhelmed with the volume when I’ve been there. These days with staffing challenges it can be difficult. So I don’t really hold that against them.

Love this place, the sandwiches are very good. It's open late and the lady who works overnight might seem a bit cold but I can tell she has a heart of gold.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering on the website because then they don’t really toast them even if you request it in order to make the food faster. If you’re there you can ask them to run it through the toaster twice.
