A big group of us went out for our friend's birthday and booked a table. We were misinformed on the procedure to get into the club so we showed a picture AND said we were here for a table under the birthday girl's name. We were then given a ticket that made us pay $10 each as a cover. Confused as to why we're paying but not sure we did it anyway. After meeting with the other girls we find out they didn't pay. So we decided to go back and get our money back. Long story short, they didn't give us our cash back This place is more concerned about making a profit than customer satisfaction. It's important for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and handle misunderstandings with care rather than focusing solely on profit.

birch is the best night club in jersey. Met bobby who is a promoter and he made the experience 10x better, due to the fact he went above and beyond when he didn't have too. was very kind and made sure my friends and I were in good care. Will be recommending everyone to come to birch if they want to go out in hoboken and especially tell them to ask for bobby if they need any vip service!!!

Rude staff and bouncers. When we came up to talk to a manager about an issue with a legit ID, we got degraded and screamed at by the bouncers. No customer service will never return to any of their establishments. Have heard from people that they are biased and racist here and now I definitely believe it after witnessing it first hand. I would give them a -5 if I could. Grown bouncer men yelling at women what a disgrace

The disco was very good and we experienced pleasant moments in it and everything was great, the DJ was also great, the only problem was that I was taking pictures and videos of myself on the stairs upstairs to record the good moments. But one of the security guards, who was short, looked next to me and looked at my mobile screen, as if he doubted that I was doing something immoral!!! I don't know why he did this and I didn't feel good at all because I was texting my mother!! There was no reason for him to come and look at my mobile screen!!! I leave this comment on December 30, 2022 and I was there for the Hang Over Party

I came here for brunch one Saturday and had a blast! The prices were fair, the music was poppin, and Jared provided the best service. Highly recommend!

after bar hopping around hoboken for the night the security guard threw up on me and than still ended up charging me $20 to get in. I wanted to speak to the manager but he insisted he was. I knew his old a** wasn't.

Beware that bartenders might steal your money. One of them kept my $10 change lying that I gave her $30 even though I know for sure I gave her two 20s. I was about to tip anyway, but this is just disgusting that they do it and just decide themselves how much money they want to keep. This was my first and last drink in this place. Had to go to the other bar next door to get my drinks.
Was there last night to celebrate my birthday and what a HORRIBLE experience.. Lets start by i booked the birthday package, told me the minimum was $700 and sent me the bottle list, then texted me a few days later with a whole new bottle list with higher prices and told me now all tables are $1000 minimum but ill keep you at $700.. ok thank you, we get to birch were escorted upstairs to our area to the corner booth, then as we think thats our table they then moved us to the table next to it that people were in, mixers and ice were sitting out and who knows what or who used the ice or mixers, waitress threw the dirty cups and ice that was in the booth area on the floor and go you guys are here.."well thanks put us in a both that is dirty and used".. To make things better random people took over our spot and the table next to us that we were put in first that had room for the 7 of us didn't even have bottle service and were extremely rude to us, why book a birthday package that my table had no balloons or what it says is offered for birthdays, every other birthday was shouted out besides mine, spent almost $1000 and felt like i was robbed, also they promote they are open til 3am yet closed at 2:10am.. Just a horrible unprofessional experience all around, seemed like i was at a bad frat party that they just got there money for vip and did not care who went in your area or anything...

Fish & Chips are legit! So crispy and tarter sauce is on point. Lots of fries. Couldn't eat them all, but overall one of the best meals I've had while traveling in a long time.

THIS PLACE IS FULL OF FAKE MARKETING SCHEMES AND ADVERTISEMENTS. They run contest and have people invest in their business to shut them down after they get what they want from guests or cancel contests. I wouldn't revoke the anybody going there.security sucks also they don't check you. There was broken glass everywhere aswell. There are also no covid restrictions at all or signs anywhere. Worst experience ever

This restaurant is Not family friendly at all. Let's start by saying this, I completely understand the crowd they are trying to attract at night. However, if you are going to make your establishment a restaurant during the day, please be inclusive and have a changing table in your restrooms. Common sense!!!! Food is decent and service was ok. Definitely not going back.
