I am so dissapointed to say this, but their service is not honest or appropriate at all. It's sad that this is the case because I really like their cookies.I ordered their cookies on Uber Eats, and 15 minutes after placing the order I got a notification that my food was delivered. My food was not delivered, so I contacted Uber Support and they contacted the store. They informed support that my order was on the way and was submitted as delivered by accident, and that they should arrive in about 10 minutes.30 minutes go by so I call Uber Support again. Turns out the worker at the store lied about my order being on the way, and in reality they didn't have the items I requested and just put it through as delivered and left it at that.Very unprofessional. If they had just contacted me to let me know they didn't have my requested items, I would have switched them out for something they had. But for them to lie about my order being on the way, and taking my money knowing I wouldn't recieve my order is horrible.I hope whoever was on shift gets spoken to by management, or retrained, since this is not how you deal with things. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM THROUGH DELIVERY SERVICES, if you want their cookies just do pick up, or they might lie about your order being delievered and try to just keep the money.

This place is so misleading. They arent really open until 3am. I showed up at 2:45 and they were already shutting off their lights and doors. I came with 4 friends and we will not be back.

How is this place even in business. 2 hours for an order of cookies. And when I speak to the employee named Monica I get excuses and how “online orders” keep pouring in. So clearly delivery services and online orders get constant priority without any sort of organization. You shouldn’t be located in the middle of a busy area like Hoboken if you’re not going to keep up with orders in a timely manner and have condescending customer service who don’t own up to anything and just makes excuses to cover for their lack of service.

I placed an order at 10:45 and almost an hour later I still did not receive my order. Called the line twice and just got re-routed to a call center line where they would give me excuses and another approximation time without any real updates. Do not order from this place. If you really want cookies from here, I'd suggest going to the location rather than Uber eats or DoorDash

One of the worst places to order from, especially at night. It’s called insomnia cookies and isn’t able to get my order right even once at night. I ordered a cookiewich (with chocolate ice cream) and a brownie. They gave me 3 wrong cookies, a berry ice cream and no brownie.

This review is solely based on the quality of the cookies. The people working there were nice and friendly and have absolutely no issues with them. The cookies just seemed to be cooked more well done which isn't what I like. I get it. They are making thousands of cookies per day and I come in around 9pm looking for a snack. I still think the quality should be there. Their loss though because I get pretty hungry at night!!
