people's feelings are not always the same and there are a lot of comments, only bad comments. Most of the bad comments come in, I hope they treat people equally, this is just a workplace, there are no perfect people. I like their service and most of the people who don't like it are sitting inside. The only place I like is Panera.

Khadija, the owner at Panera Bread, Hoboken, was one of the most disgusting, rudest, horrendous, most horrible person in the dining industry there is. My colleagues/friends met me at Panera Bread where I already ordered my food and was sitting down. My friends did not order anything but they were planning to join me. Soon after, Khadija appears and kicks us out because they didn't order anything. She was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. To be honest, we’re their only business anyway considering how filthy, boring and depressing the restaurant is. Not Panera as a chain, specifically this location. Trust me! Very ghetto. She needs to get fired, everyone else from the reviews can agree apparently that she’s the worst. Get her fired!

No seating (for valid urban reasons), and the location is small. Best for pick-ups (though last I checked their up wasn't working). The service was good and quick. What's typically a somewhat premium fair, in this location is a bit of a value lunch spot.

This has got to be the filthiest, dirtiest and most uncomfortable Panera I have ever visited. Very limited seating area. Tables and booth seats dirty. No staff on front cashier area. Rear part of the restaurant looks like a construction site. It really hurt me to pay 30 bucks for a YP2 and feel uncomfortable eating it. They won’t see me there again

I asked for a blueberry muffin and they made a mistake and they gave me a cranberry one. I went up to ask for the change and with a despotic attitude the manager didn't say anything, not even an apology, but give me the muffin that I had ordered and paid for. I won't be back again.

The manager of Hoboken location, Khadija behaved rudely with the customers who were placing orders and with the drivers who were waiting for take out orders for their customers. Really disappointed!

- Staff are nice except for one guy who seems like a manager. No clue why because he's customer service is atrocious. Other staff have to cover for when he's telling u the wrong location to get butter. Hopefully he gets replaced soon?- Food is panera food. Not much to add lol.- Also they lock the bathrooms but then don't have a lock on the actual toilet stall in the bathroom so u can really tell where their priorities lie...
