No seating (for valid urban reasons), and the location is small. Best for pick-ups (though last I checked their up wasn't working). The service was good and quick. What's typically a somewhat premium fair, in this location is a bit of a value lunch spot.
This has got to be the filthiest, dirtiest and most uncomfortable Panera I have ever visited. Very limited seating area. Tables and booth seats dirty. No staff on front cashier area. Rear part of the restaurant looks like a construction site. It really hurt me to pay 30 bucks for a YP2 and feel uncomfortable eating it. They won’t see me there again

Most of the bad comments come in, I hope they treat people equally, this is just a workplace, there are no perfect people. I like their service and most of the people who don't like it are sitting inside. The only place I like is Panera.
