Service and ambiance were definitely not authentic but the flavors were there. Chicken pho and com thit nuong both were surprisingly good and filling. However, waitress didn't even pronounce pho correctly... smh... Not much seating room but it gets the job done if you're ever feeling a crave for basic viet flavors

Amazing Vietnamese spot. 1) The restaurant is a very cozy fast casual Vietnamese spot. 2) Their pork banh mi is amazing. Some of the best banh mi I ever had. 3) I got the brisket Pho. Which I highly recommend. For sure one of the best Vietnamese restaurant(s) in the area.

It's a clean new Vietnamese place. I give it a four star rating for its food because of its location. It is the closest thing to Vietnamese food in Hoboken by far, not quite there yet. They got the smell right, the pho has a nice fragrance. The soup is a little bland, but healthy. The people here are very nice. The menu covers everything we need, from pho, spring rolls to Banh Mi. We are very happy we have this new addition in the area.Parking: Parking is not friendly in HobokenKid-friendliness: Bring the kids!

The food is ok and I wouldn't say it is overpriced, the dining area can be larger but I usually order takeaway so probably doesn't matter. My biggest complaint is that they use the Chowbus order system, by default you're asked to generously leave a whooping amount of tip AND the percentage is calculated based on AFTER tax total. Not cool.

So happy that this new Vietnamese restaurant opened! Owner is very friendly, and the service is superb!! Everything came out so fast and tasted fresh. We ordered the takoyaki again, the balls were fried so well, and the inside is so flavorful. Pho--great broth, noodles were nice and chewy. The only thing I think I would suggest is if the meat was on the side just incase it overcooks, but otherwise great and would come back! Ambiance is very cute, and clean! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quick bite!

Considering the glowing reviews I saw of the place, I kind of expected more. They messed up my first order, unfortunate but it happens. But the replacement bowl just seemed like noodles and broth (for reference I got tripe and 2x tendons as protein). The summer rolls were also mediocre, lettuce seemed a bit old. The price is up there with good sit-down pho places, but the quality is clearly more takeout oriented.

Haven't tried the pho yet but the takoyaki is amazing! Freshly made with a crispy exterior. Pieces of real octopus ? inside. Bubble tea is great too. The bubbles are just right.

So, so good. Pho is one of my favorite things to eat when it's cold out, and this did not disappoint. Once I started eating I forgot to take a picture for a while! They have an option to build your own pho. I'm a pescatarian so I got ta vegetable broth base, with tofu and shrimp. The broth was just so flavorful. Every spoonful was a treat. Shrimp were cooked just right, and didn't lose their flavor in the broth. Can't speak to the beef broth, but if they managed to make the veggie broth taste this good, I'm sure it's just as great. Couldn't recommend this place enough, come here if you can.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options, life tofu bhan mi and vegetarian pho

I am so impressed - by the food, the service, and especially by the location. This place just opened on Washington, and while location does not guarantee good food, I was so incredibly and pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pho - even though I ordered takeout, which I think speaks volumes vs. eating a meal there. I came in and everyone was so friendly and willing to answer my questions, especially the girl at the counter (I feel like a dumby for not catching her name, she was amazing). I made my own pho, added beef round and brisket, plus extra veggies - it was phenomenal. Honestly, Hoboken needed a place like this where the food is absolutely delicious, the service is quick, and the quality of the food is better than pho I've had in the city. I can definitely see myself being a regular here, it's just that good.
