Amazing Vietnamese spot. 1) The restaurant is a very cozy fast casual Vietnamese spot. 2) Their pork banh mi is amazing. Some of the best banh mi I ever had. 3) I got the brisket Pho. Which I highly recommend. For sure one of the best Vietnamese restaurant(s) in the area.
It's a clean new Vietnamese place. I give it a four star rating for its food because of its location. It is the closest thing to Vietnamese food in Hoboken by far, not quite there yet. They got the smell right, the pho has a nice fragrance. The soup is a little bland, but healthy. The people here are very nice. The menu covers everything we need, from pho, spring rolls to Banh Mi. Service and ambiance were definitely not authentic but the flavors were there. Chicken pho and com thit nuong both were surprisingly good and filling. However, waitress didn't even pronounce pho correctly... smh... Not much seating room but it gets the job done if you're ever feeling a crave for basic viet flavors
