This place is just...I'm not really sure I understand what the vibe is. I don't pull the race card so I'm going to pretend that's not the real issue at hand, even though we know. For me, the main issue was how completely WASTED the bartender was. Slurring. Stumbling. Unsure of what people ordered. And I'm also going to be nice and pretend I didn't notice that .56cent charge for card when I paid with cash lol. We understand what the demography of Hoboken, but to be treated less-than ? Hmm; not cool. Also, no "manager" or authoritative figure around. Won't be coming back.

Latinos beware they use shady/racist tactics to kick you out, while my cousin and I were trying to orders drinks, two of the bartenders (1female 1male) kept ignoring us for 15 to 20 minutes until we notice something was up because they smirk/smile to each other. So I went to the opposite side and the same thing happened again. Out of nowhere bouncers come and said "you two need are out of here" I ask what's going on, one bouncer said "we were told you guys are grabbing females ass**" I was like are you serious we been trying to get drinks for like 30 minutes. While we were leaving I noticed the bartenders and group white people that were standing next to us (2males 2females, I'm assuming regulars) laugh. Outside I told the bounce like wtf that's bs etc...I can tell he knew what was happening. Owner pop out 5 minutes talking to someone else...I was like that's some racist bs! He ignored me. We decided to leave and never go back. This happened a while back.

Have been to this bar multiple times. Normally a good one, something happened since Covid and they have a stick up their ass. Bouncer was so rude to uss.. maybe try better if u want us.

Came for 2 mix drinks and got diluted seltzer water drinks for $34. Music was just straight bass for 20 minutes. Definitely better bars in Hoboken, not going back.

Came here for the Hoboken Halloween Bar Crawl, super disappointing, it's a complete scam. Me and my friends came here after a bar kicked everyone out to "clean for an hour" without giving a notice ahead of time. We hoped to have a better time here. Unfortunately we didn't. We waited in line for an HOUR in the rain, only to find out at the door we needed to pay for a "$20 entrance fee per person" CASH the bouncer said. No one told us anything, no signs indicating a fee, nothing. If it was like $5, alright whatever. But $20??? My group had already spend mad money for drinks, that s*** adds up! Asking $20 is not reasonable, the bouncer's excuse was that ""everyone else is doing it"" like seriously??.... I suspect the bouncer was just pocketing it for himself because my bf has been here before and has never had to pay "$20 cash at the door". After this experience none of us are ever going here again. Ridiculous. I had several issues with the event from them not honoring the "wristbands" for admission- staff at bars said it only works till 8pm when nowhere on the site or email does it say that. Majority of the night was wasted waiting in line, only went to two bars, technically one because we couldn't get into this one.. I would not recommend going to the bar crawl or this bar, avoid this place and the event. I never write such bad reviews but I can't ignore something like this. Save your money and go elsewhere, especially on Halloween.
If you wanna pay double the price for juice this is the place for you. If you want actual alcohol in your drinks DO NOT GO HERE.

Was a bar hopping night and honestly this bar was the highlight of the night. I noticed all the people below were complaining, but honestly if you don't feel comfortable going to a dive bar then don't go.The places atmosphere from the beginning was amazing. The service was top tier and great, honestly all the people (Including the bartender) were on point. The crowd was there to have fun and party. Honestly met a lot of dope people too while there. Planning on going back there ASAP this weekend or the following. May become the main bar of my hops.Again this bar is mainly a standing bar, so don't expect to sit down. Don't complain either. This is why its a great bar hoping bar. Unless you dont mind chilling all night there. Either way defiantly worth.
