“I came here because I live close and because of all the glowing reviews. Not sure what the hype is about. The cheese looked fresh and pepperoni was good. The sauce was fairly plain. Rather typical tasting pizza. Also had the bread, which was ok. The menu is a bit sparse and not a lot of topping options.”

“I gave been to playa bowl over 10 times and my experience today was not good. The staff today was not very welcoming. If the owners were there today when I went they sure were not friendly. I told the cashier no coconuts and they put some in, then she says you want a lid and I said well yea, it’s to go. She didn’t even put them in a bag. I always buy the Nutella one and I always buy 2. All the other times I had no problems great staff and friendly.”

“Just found this little gem of a place. Got the grilled chicken sandwich. It was really good. Plus they have poppi soda which is always a plus. I wish they offered bread options with the sandwiches instead of just rolls. My sandwich on sourdough would have been perfect. Great place. I will be ordering a lot from here”

“After hearing such great things about this restaurant, I made my way down 9 South to see for myself. First off, I was greeted with smiles and an owner proud of his menu. Loved that. I told him it was my first time and he allowed me to try several flavors. I like to think of myself as a wing connoisseur.. I had teriyaki, Buffalo, garlic Parm and Lemon Pepper. Listen, the flavors are fantastic! You will not be disappointed here. This is the best wing spot in Howell.. Hands down!”

“Out meal was more expensive than it should have been. When we reserved, we were told there was a $45 per adult minimum. We had 7 adults and 5 kids 12 and under who ordered pizza fries and pasta. The adults ordered some starters, salads and about half ordered fish. After starters and main dishes and sides were finished, the waiter informed one of the adults in the party (not the host) that people needed to order dessert because we were under the minimum, so the kids and a cpuple of adults ordered dessert although we were full, hadnt planned on it and left much of it on the table. When the bill came it was $707.00. Even taking away the 20% obligatory large party service fee, the $590 or $84 per adult is way above the $45 per adult minimum and the dessert cannot account for that, so the waiter misinformed the party and jacked up the bill. Even $45 per person for all.12 people is $540 which is $50 less than we were charged before the 20% service. If you have a large party, beware of this upsell and the mandatory 20% service fee. Great food, good service. The decor in the back room where they put us because of the kids is plain, not like the front of the restautant which is elegant, festive and lovely. If not for the jacking up the price experience, I would rate the restaurant 5 stars. The food was great and one can order a very healthy meal.as well as an indulgent one. Plenty of kid friendly food and options too. The service was also excellent as it should be for 20%.”

“While we usually have a great experience here and usually go 1 a month lately, last night, the food really missed the mark. Burger was terrible. The lemon garlic chicken could have had more flavor, though it was anything but dry. We usually just get the steaks but opted for something else, clearly was a bad decision on our part. Drinks were great. Service was great.”

“We found this old school gem where Crust is sturdy & sauce is delish!
They have garlic salt to sprinkle (which most places don't have anymore). Loved the warm bread to start & simple house salad w/ blue cheese. Will def hit it up again, a must try!”

“I have visited the Red Rose Bakery in Howell a number of times and loved everything I have tried. The apple turnovers were delicious, the selection of cupcakes was amazing, and it is wonderful to have the ability to buy just a portion of a cake when you don't have a large family. This morning I called with a last minute request for 20 cupcakes in 10 containers of two each for my dogs birthday! I wanted to bring them to his Saturday morning class with his doggie friends. I already had a cake for the dogs but had neglected their human partners. I was so pleased with the lovely selection and packaging on such short notice! Thank you Red Rose Bakery!”

“16 of us for a moms night out. They set us up in the private room so our cackling wouldn’t disturb the other nice folks LOL. Our server was so nice and attentive and the food was delicious. For appetizers we had focaccia, stuffed mushrooms, antipasto, rice balls with side of sauce. For dinner we had sausage and peppers, chicken francese, penne vodka, cavatelli with broccoli, roasted potatoes with balsamic drizzle. Would definitely recommend Capricci for a private party.”

“We have been going to tenth and willow since they opened and love the food. When mike was the owner the customer interaction was GREAT. Recently I have gone into the deli and there weren’t any other customers. I WAS IGNORE FOR MANY MINUTES….NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED. My last I stood there for about 5 minutes…tried to get someone’s attention with no success. I walked out and went to Doughboys for my sandwich. I have mentioned this to others and they have had similar experiences. I am writing this so the owners correct this problem cause I really like having them nearby but won’t continue to shop there if this continues”

“I have only had açaí/pitaya/dragon bowls here but I’m a big fan. I’ve been to other establishments and chains and this is by far the freshest and most appetizing. The quality shines though. The fruit toppings are cut small and are fresh . I wouldn’t say you’re welcomed with exuberance when you walk in but it’s not a bad vibe either. Maybe it could be better , but it’s like going to a doctor with great expertise and nice enough bedside manner. U don’t switch for that.”

“A fantastic sweets shop doing their best to meet every special dietary need. While some of the items that don't spoil are available online, this physical location is where to go to try their fresh goods. A bit out of the way for my taste, but worth a special trip to try if you're in the area!

“I’ve lived in Howell for a while, first time there, nice Kosher coffee house! I had an Ethiopian coffee coffee and a cinnamon bun... very tasty. Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, pleasant guests. My wife and I will be back!”

“This has become my favorite local Chinese restaurant. They have the best General Tso's chicken! I order it with white meat. It's juicy and tender inside and crunchy and saucy outside. SO GOOD! I also love their fried rice and wonton soup.”

“I have always gone to Rita's in Howell. I stopped by today and had to return the custard. It taste terrible. I was told the owner changed to a different product. The owner needs to to stop wanting to save money on a different product. Bring back the correct Rita's custard recipe. you are going to lose business.”
