“We love Auntie Anne's pretzels and get an order every time we go to the outlets.This last time, the line was out the door, as always, but the person behind the counter was rude, and unhappy. “My first time having Philly Pretzel Factory, I had the best experience as the fabulous owner of this location, Moe, handmade my pretzels himself. He’s super kind and funny. I ordered the traditional pretzels…they are the perfect balance of chewiness and crunch, with just the right amount of salt. I tried the cheese and cinnamon dipping sauces and it was just fantastic. I’m hooked! The traditional soft pretzels are excellent, but if you want something a bit more indulgent, they have stuffed varieties too. I love this place.“
