Placed an order over an hour ago with an outrageously rude woman on the phone who seemed to either hate her job or is completely miserable. The customer service is garbage here and their food which I ordered a plain pizza doesn't make up for it at all as it is very mediocre. I called back to get an update on my one plain pizza and they refused to answer the phone and even hung up on me. So I asked my boyfriend to call and they answered immediately and was rude to him and even hung up on him before he could ask long it would be until the delivery driver was there. It was my first time ordering delivery and I will never order from this place again as it took over an hour and thirty minutes to arrive and I live less than a mile away.

I gave 5 stars because the actual food is always great. That’s all the matters to me however the lady that takes the orders over the phone has been rude for many years. I see a lot of complaints about her however I don’t think she’s going anywhere. She only works the phones so I just learned how to ignore her attitude.

Whoever the owner of that place got working there Is bad for business and Is really unprofessional! I called the place to put an order for delivery, and I gave the lady the address thats right In NJ she didnt even put the address to see where It was at her first response was “I dont know where that address Is I dont know If she was having a bad day, and lady started yelling at me on the phone and even cursed me out hung up the phone on my face just for a pie I wanted to buy from their store and I bought from them before.

Very disappointed in the delivery service.. not sure why it takes 2 hrs for food deliveries. Cannot give food good rating since it's a no show or ice cold upon arrival. Best to pick up yourself.

Big Joes makes the absolute best pizza in the entire tri state area… ALL BEEF… I think they been open 50+ years I remember the small Italian guy, I remember them all actually from years back, there service today is even
