We went looking for doubles and this is the place for them. The person at the counter was super nice and even though we had to wait a while...it was allll worth every minute...

This was delicious. I had the coconut bake and sailfish and also bake and sailfish. Everything was fresh and I will def be coming back soon to try more. Great quality Trini food and closer that BK.

Cynthia’s is the best for authentic Trinidadian delicacies. Food is always served with a smile. Staff is courteous & friendly.

Placed order on door dash- waited about an hour for delivery just for it to be canceled cuz they “ran out of items I ordered” ??? I ordered doubles and roti-This is why I can’t support these Caribbean restaurants- usually a disappointing experience.

I purchased the goat buss up and cow foot soup. The food was tasty, a little salty but great flavor. I will return.

Quality Caribbean food for the priceThe oxtails were great and received a good amount for a small entree and sauce from the oxtails were delicious as well. The doubles are AMAZING!! Though I do wish I had some pepper sauce for my meal…

So now I don't have to drive into Brooklyn. Good flavorful spicy food. Patties, Curry Shrimp Roti, and Sunday Stew Beef dinner special are my favorites.

They make the best curry goat, buss up shut, and doubles in Jersey

Anyone ordering food from here should EXPECT a 2 HOUR delay for their food. Tony and his staff need to learn the Sense of Urgency. Lunch breaks are 30 minutes not an hour SO ANY ORDERS FOR FOOD MUST BE READY IN 12 MINUTES MAXIMUM

Love the bake n saltfish BUT It would be nice to get breakfast food at breakfast time. One reason American food spot get a buzz. Supply meets demand. This place is 7min drive from my house. Gotta drive 20min to EO for the same thing.

Excellent spot for Trinidadian food. 1) My favorite item is doubles. It is Indian-influenced puri bread with chana (curried cheakpeas). 2) For dessert, try the Currant bread, it is fantastic. It is a type of fruit (raisin like by little sour), with sweet roll of bread. 3) I also tried the aloo pie, which is good, not amazing like chana doubles. 4) I also got beef curry with Roti, which was good.

I think this has to be the worst roti I have ever eaten! The meat had no flavor. The roti was over sized and there was no curry. Just horrible. So disappointing! I am not Trinidadian but Panamanian from Brooklyn and have been eating roti since I was a little girl. I also have Trinidadian friends so I know what a roti should taste like.

Let me start off with the negative. Doubles tasted good but the bara was too oily and heavy. The channa & toppings tasted good. Need to fix the bara and you good! The currants roll was DELICIOUS!!!!. Will definitely be back for the currans roll. Havnt tried the other baked products.
