I just came from this place and a Caucasian women served my kids and me. She didn't clean her hands at all, she was rubbing her face and didn't have glove on at all. She did not care at all.

This location is one of my favorites. Service is typically good. Prices were good for how much you get. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I loved.

I was driving around at 9pm jonesing for ice cream, and not the prepackaged type. I googled and came up with this place. Drove past it twice because it is just off the highway and really easy to miss. There no parking so be prepared to park on the sidewalk. However, the ice cream is fresh and homemade, i went late so there were flavours they were out of, including the one i was looking for, but that's cool, I'll be back to try more. Don't let the looks and the block scare you away, definitely give it a try.
