Stopped by with my family for some ice cream, owner and employees were present— they were all friendly and explained the different flavor options as it was our first time here. Great people and the ice cream was amazing, will definitely be back, thanks!
9/20/23. My family and I got to enjoy having dessert at this Carvel for my first visit. The owners and their employees were very nice, friendly, and courteous to us and to the many customers that were coming and going!They were having a small issue with a front door at the time we were there. One of the owners was manning the door for everyone going in and out. We love coming here. Always friendly service and fresh. The only reason I'm removing a star is because on our last visit the employee was wearing gloves and took out money and made change. She did not change her gloves and proceeded to go package up cinnamon buns, a big no-no in food safety. She was young and maybe doesn't understand how gloves work. I'm just hoping by leaving this review that maybe the manager/owner can go over food safety with all the employees.
