Me and my friends decided two minutes before closing that we wanted some cinnamon buns. We called the store to see if they can stay open, knowingly they would say no. The owner kindly said of course, and stayed open an extra twenty minutes for us. Best service, best food and best atmosphere!!

I got really in the mood of cinnamon buns late at night and the owner and boss told me they will stay open for me. They stayed open an extra 20 minutes late for me and serve me with the best energy and service possible it was amazing.Thank you!!!!!

We love coming here. Always friendly service and fresh. The only reason I'm removing a star is because on our last visit the employee was wearing gloves and took out money and made change. She did not change her gloves and proceeded to go package up cinnamon buns, a big no-no in food safety. She was young and maybe doesn't understand how gloves work. I'm just hoping by leaving this review that maybe the manager/owner can go over food safety with all the employees.

9/20/23. My family and I got to enjoy having dessert at this Carvel for my first visit. The owners and their employees were very nice, friendly, and courteous to us and to the many customers that were coming and going!They were having a small issue with a front door at the time we were there. One of the owners was manning the door for everyone going in and out. I tried to help them fix the situation, but I didn't have any tools with me.I wouldn't hesitate to return there any time to enjoy their service and their great ice creams! Looking forward to return to this location.It was great!
