TRASHHH! Ordered an iced caramel macchiato and it was all milk. I went up to the lady at the register and told her there's too much milk and to add another shot of espresso. Charged me an extra $1.50 and it's still taste like milk and sugar. Never going back!
Tatiana, Carmen, and all the other female workers know me I am a regular Tatiana as soon as I walk through the door she has my medium ice caramel latte done which she knows skim milk I see how they treat other customers very nice and friendly never seen anyone give attitude like other Dunkins I've been to... there coffee is done just right and the food service as well always fast and done right....there are so many Dunkin' in jersey city or in Jersey Period but my Go to is here...read full review

It is a standard Dunkin’ in every connotation. You go in there, get your order, and leave, in that order. The food is what you expect and the customer service is what you would expect. It’s a local watering hole in the area, but I can’t image anyone traveling to this Dunkin’ over the closest one they live by. Honestly, that’s probably how it should be.
