They need to stop having 2 workers prep the food cuase the lady with the glasses touch her glasses and touch my food I ended up throwing the food

It is a standard Dunkin’ in every connotation. You go in there, get your order, and leave, in that order. The food is what you expect and the customer service is what you would expect. It’s a local watering hole in the area, but I can’t image anyone traveling to this Dunkin’ over the closest one they live by. Honestly, that’s probably how it should be.

TRASHHH! Ordered an iced caramel macchiato and it was all milk. I went up to the lady at the register and told her there's too much milk and to add another shot of espresso. Charged me an extra $1.50 and it's still taste like milk and sugar. Never going back!

Tatiana, Carmen, and all the other female workers know me I am a regular Tatiana as soon as I walk through the door she has my medium ice caramel latte done which she knows skim milk I see how they treat other customers very nice and friendly never seen anyone give attitude like other Dunkins I've been to... there coffee is done just right and the food service as well always fast and done right....there are so many Dunkin' in jersey city or in Jersey Period but my Go to is here the one on west side ave! Happy to see them every morning

today, i went to order a coolatta and an iced latte for my teenage granddaughter and upon my graddaughter ordering her iced latte, Dayana, the cashier taking our order, took it upon herself to tell me "why are you getting her an iced latte?? If she drinks that she will be up all night, not even i drink that!!". I decided not to argue and got a gatorade for my granddaughter and 'Dayana's response for that was "much better!" and ordered donuts and a sandwhich. When Dayana served us the drinks, it seems like the lid was not on the cup properly and it poured out on my cup holder on my travel shopping bag i had. It spilled all over the floor and so i told Dayana that there was an accident.Dayana went to the back, got a dirty looking mop, handed it to me and said "well, start cleaning because im busy!" Shocked, since it was only myself and another elderly couple in the coffee shop, again so as not to argue i actually mopped and placed a yellow "wet floor" sign for Dayana. When i was done, i was gathering my things to leave, when Dayana saw me and my granddaughter there and said "well, why are you still here?! Leave already, no?!" I left right away. But i have got to say i will not be coming back to this place again. Dayana has no say on what i should buy in the shop, and is out of line demanding me to mop the floor, and especially is unprofessional for kicking me out!....after i spent money there! What kind of people get hired here?! this was beyond rude and disrespectful!
