“Really enjoyed my time here in the shopping mall, very accessible via Path or a convenient Uber drop off. It’s not an extremely huge mall but have very decent brands and definitely covers everything you need with more than 100 stores across health & beauty, sports, fashion, f&b, and even a cinema at the top level. 3 floors of amazing shopping options which you can easily spend half a day at! Love the presence of Macy’s, Kohl, JCPenney, and Cheesecake factory just to name a few. The 3rd floor hosts an array of food establishments as well. Only downside is that the restrooms are only located on the third floor in the entire mall which is pretty disappointing and inconvenient.“

“We ordered two chicken shawarmas and not only was the food OUT OF THIS WORLD (order the bakalava and thank me later) but the packaging was IMPECCABLE and it was so fun to eat. It wasn’t just lunch, it was unwrapping a thoughtful experience and being consumed by the magic of unwrapping it while your senses are exploding from the beautiful colors, amazing crunch, savory tastes and gorgeous visuals. “I mean, it’s Popeyes! Sweet people working a tough job without much support. The space is big but most people seem to get takeout. I really only get the chicken tenders- sometimes the combo and sometimes just tenders but I have had the fried chicken sandwich and it’s been fab.“

Also they are consistently slow for a fast food spot. They are slow enough that I would never go there in a rush.“

“I had a good experience at this Five Guys. Parking here is very limited, so unless you live nearby, it may be difficult to stop for food. The establishment was clean and organized, and the staff were kind. Justin K took my order, and he was considerate of my needs, along with my mother's, who was having difficulty understanding the menu.The burgers were delicious, but I wasn't a fan of the cajun fries. Seemed a little too soggy for my taste, and I did eat them almost immediately after receiving them. I suppose the food is an acquired taste, and if you enjoy it, then this is a nice spot for you.“

“The owner or guy at the front was a pleasure to meet and clearly understands the benefit of eye contact and customer service. I ordered the cheese steak. The sandwich itself was juicy, flavorful and nice sized for the price. My issue is I wish they would wrap the sandwich in parchment paper cut in half and then wrap in the foil wrapper. The sandwich is juicy but sloppy and drips everywhere. If it were wrapped better you could enjoy the sandwich like a gentleman. Enjoyed overall and on another note I give this brother big respect. He employs all black men. And as one I love seeing that. Respect brother!“

“Visited Turning Point on a Saturday. It was busy but they managed the crowd well. Our waiter was Jaden. I can't say enough pleasantries about this young man. He was very professional, polite and greeted us with a smile immediately. We received the same service with each request, more napkins or ready for the check. He handled all his guests the same way. The manager also visited our table to check on the service and we informed him of the amazing service we were receiving. We ordered the following and I would HIGHLY recommend everything: Stared with a cold campfire latte and a hot of the same. For food I ordered the Avocado Toast w/lobster which came with two eggs over easy and a fresh mixed green salad with a semi sweet dressing. AMAZING!!! My best friend ordered the Lobster Benny. Poached eggs over an English muffin with lobster and hollandaise sauce. I wish I had a Turning Point in my hometown. Excellent choice of employees, who are well trained to provide the best service, fresh food and the prices are appropriate for the quantity and quality of food. BRAVO!“

I placed 3 stars on the atmosphere only because they are very busy and always full of people, so eating there is very possible, but you have people standing around waiting for their orders. you could have someone standing literally next to your table, no problems let me make that clear, just I personally can't eat with a person standing there staring at the food I am eating literally drooling cause they are hungry too?.I also would like to mention, ignore all the one-star reviews, please. I have interacted with all the staff, and believe me when I say they are people like you and me. They have bad days, too. Most of the customers I have witnessed come in with attitude and then blame the staff on the energy they give back to these rude customers. People are entitled. This place IS EXTREMELY busy, and they do a great job attempting to please each customer as best as possible. If you come in acting like an a$$hole, you will be treated like an a$$hole. “As a resident who lives on the Area I use to frequent MCDONALD'S alot...the food is always fresh and the drinks were always cold...staff pleasant..but kinda slow moving especially in the middle of the day when the rush comes....but there is 2 people that are always on point getting them in and out..the young man with the glasses who works register from mid day to the evening. He customer service skills are top notch..and he is excellent in multi tasking helping getting the rush in and out. Then the young lady that works from evening to closing who. Also runs register. Very friendly customer service skills are on point and she also is very good at multi tasking in my opinion they both deserve a raise. The store also stay clean..so I like the way it is now opposed to the way it was..thank you for the hot fries.
