I was initially skeptical to come here because of the bad reviews regarding service, however I was pleasantly surprised as the servers were very attentive, and food came out pretty fast. The food was good, but this place is not for the price sensitive. Overall nice ambience and the backlit menus were really nice in the dim-lit restaurant.

Was very disappointed in a steak house that served us bad, very tough steaks. 2 of our table of 4 ordered the NY Strip, a cut I've enjoyed at dozens of places. Not just one, but both our steaks looked good, but we had to saw our way through them. Just tough and not terribly flavorful meat. The sides were also just ok, lobster mac and cheese had very little lobster, etc. Our server was lovely though. But due a place that holds itself out as a prime steakhouse, was very disappointing. I will not return.

It was insane how empty it was on a Saturday night and just how straight up bad the service was. It really doesn't make sense to have the waiter as the bartender, the busser and the server. Steak was cooked with no seasoning, brussels sprouts no flavor, fries nothing, mashed potatoes just a blob on the plate. Not to mention the unnerving pale brown and pink color the meat was when it was served “fresh”. When we arrived we were taken to our table, no menus, the candle that was there was spilled over all over the tablecloth (no one cared i guess). We sat for about 10 mins unattended. Finally someone comes and says Hi and brings water and then is replaced by another guy?? Honestly just an all around terrible experience. Save your money and go to Ruth's Chris!

The ambiance was great. Food was great! 10/10! The Bartenders were super nice and my waiter James was very attentive and professional. But the hostess at the front couldn't get her name but she has blonde hair , She was very rude and unprofessional.

Ordered a medium rare steak. First steak came out well done. Second steak came out charred on the outside and raw in the middle. The server came over and asked how the second streak was. I told him it was better but still not right. He said great and walked away. Ate my raw steak with my now cold sides and didn't see him again.

For a steak restaurant, the quality and f the steaks was lacking. My New York Strip, requested as medium and that of another person in my party, requested as medium rare, were over cooked and grey throughout. The desert, a coconut crème brûlée, was chewy with processed coconut. Overpriced with poor quality.

Enjoyed a 4 course new years eve dinner here. I wish they would've made it clear it was a prix fix menu though cause I came here specifically for ribeye but it was not available. Didn't love the lobster bisque but the shrimp cocktail, spinach, potatoes and cheesecake were good. The steak was cooked as requested. Asked to be seated at a different table when there were plenty available but the hostess was rude and wasn't flexible which was odd. Also didn't appreciate the 3% credit card fee and mandatory 22% gratuity for a party of 2. Probably won't return.

We were a table of four and nobody liked their meal. It was very disappointing. I had three friends come in from New York to have a good meal and it was terrible. My friend ordered the Lobster Bisque ($18) and had to return it because the lobster was chewy and tasted like plastic (I took a bit to see if she was over reacting and she wasn't). The waitor was very nice and understanding, and replaced it with their onion soup, which I had as well. It was absolutely flavorless. There was no taste to the broth. Two of us ordered the Steak Frites and the steak was overcooked and of poor quality (the only tasty thing were the fries). We aren't that picky and only took a few bites each, because it didn't taste good. The sauce that came with it didn't taste right either. My friend ordered the pasta dish that was mushy and the sauce looked like brown gravy. She took a few bites and left the rest. I think the waiter could see the disappointment in our faces. He was nice enough to bring over a free glass of champagne, but, I won't be coming back unless they get a new chef. In addition, when they brought us our check, they didn't remove the Lobster Bisque. We had to ask for it to be removed. Again, the waiter was apologetic, but it added to our disappointment.

Prix fixe dinner for New Years Eve was ok. Cocktails were made well, service was friendly but glasses and silverware were not clean. Disappointed that bread was not offered and when we asked I was told the would bring it yet it never came. Maybe we expected the place to be more upscale than it really is.
Poor experience and would not go back. My party ordered four steaks cooked medium rare and 3 of 4 steaks came out well done. Service was poor and they charged 22.5% gratuity for a party of 4. Don't waste your time.

Liberty Prime Steakhouse was suggested by my date. The service is top notch and the food matches. We had the porter house lamb chops with the cheddar mac and asparagus for dinner and saved room for dessert . We picked the chocolate cake and the red velvet fried cookie dough. We both agree the meal was phenomenal.The ambience was breath taking it was decorated for the holidays and they hit the mark . I have suggested it to several friends who live in the area and I look forward to my next dinning experience.

Went here last night for a date night. Absolutely amazing! The lychee martini was super delicious. My husband and I shared the tomahawk steak and octopus. Cooked to perfection! Our server James was great and very attentive. Pricey but worth every dollar

Food was bland. Service was terrible! The waiter got our beverage order wrong , he told us about the specials but forgot to tell us what they didn't have. We were told they were out of the chicken, but until the order had been placed and once he did, he didn't bring the menu out to see what else we could order. Definitely not going back!!

All the food and service was great. I would recommend the sea bass and the Parmesan garlic fries. The two people I was with got steak and weren't disappointed. I was impressed with the drinks as well. Great for a special birthday meal
