I thought I found a hidden gem but turns out there's more than 1 location and this place is very well known. Oops! This is my go to bakery in the area. All of their pastries are very fresh and their coffee might be one of the best in the area (and that's a bold statement). Also the service is always friendly and the ambiance is cozy. I frequently see customers with their laptops working and enjoying their pastry/coffee. Prato is a GREAT asset to the neighborhood.
I'm going to have to go back and give this place a chance for lunch because when I walked in, all of the sandwiches looked incredible, but I was sent there on a mission to try the stuffed croissant and brioche bun. Both were fine, but nothing to write home about. I thought that they would be a bit fresher, especially first thing in the morning, but they were subpar at best.

If the dental office recommends this place that I will flock to it. This was the case with me. I was salivating for something good and not just a story selling pastry straight from BJ's. I had the croissant with Nutella, and it was good and soft and freshly made. It took me about 15 minutes or it felt like it waiting since there's only one person making the coffees and serving the line.
