Portion sizes have greatly diminished while prices have gone up. $16 for a mostly empty bowl. Wait times during lunch have also gotten crazy with no indication of staffing increases. Was over 45 minutes after online ordering to get mostly empty bowl.
The salad looks nothing like the photos on the website. One crumbled tortilla chip, almost no dressing, old brown avocado, and the chicken is fatty dark meat. Barely edible and definitely not worth almost $20.

Recently has gone massively downhill. The portions are trivial for the price, extra meat is nearly mandatory because of how little meat a normal portion has. Two bowls with extra meat is around ~$50 which is insane compared to alternatives nearby (and even getting 2 lunches delivered is cheaper). There's tons of food trucks out, CAVA, etc etc nearby which I'll be going to instead.Not to mention, there's little oversight over some of the employees. Will not be going again.
