Want a died in your bowl? Roasted potatoes are not cooked properly so cannot eat them and that’s fine. Everything else is disgusting.Contacted SG on their app it says someone will reach out but never heard from them anymore. Well, I’m canceling my sg+ forever.

They do not like Humans.I received another persons order.Delivered to wrong address.They made it impossible to fix the problem or even talk to any human at Sweetgreens.They do not like Humans.I called from a landline and I reached a voicemail that said call from a Sms Mobile phone.When I called again from a mobile phone, the only options were recordings saying text us.

Inconsistent. I always get the same thing - hot honey chicken plate. Sometimes it's good and plate is full. Other times, like today, it's missing the sweet potatoes and there's BARELY any chicken in it. This location has to get their ish together.

The portions are about half the size of other locations. They are not a typical SG. They’ll include a tip in your order if you don’t catch it, which isn’t a problem if the service wasn’t

Recently has gone massively downhill. The portions are trivial for the price, extra meat is nearly mandatory because of how little meat a normal portion has. Two bowls with extra meat is around ~$50 which is insane compared to alternatives nearby (and even getting 2 lunches delivered is cheaper). There's tons of food trucks out, CAVA, etc etc nearby which I'll be going to instead.Not to mention, there's little oversight over some of the employees. Will not be going again.

Great Sweetgreen spot with unreal views of the city. Amber is always so helpful, especially with my gluten allergy. Always love coming here!
Portion sizes have greatly diminished while prices have gone up. $16 for a mostly empty bowl. Wait times during lunch have also gotten crazy with no indication of staffing increases. Was over 45 minutes after online ordering to get mostly empty bowl.

The salad looks nothing like the photos on the website. One crumbled tortilla chip, almost no dressing, old brown avocado, and the chicken is fatty dark meat. Barely edible and definitely not worth almost $20.

Very good food and tons of options for everyone. You’ll have tons of options to choose from and create your own meals. This is the best season tofu I’ve tasted. Definitely won’t disappoint, the bowls/meals are pricey. Quality is great!!
