I am so upset at myself. How in the world did I not know about Taqueria Oaxaca !? I feel like I'm eating in Mexico- this food is beyond delicious, I wish I took a better picture but I devoured this dish as soon as I got home but stopped myself to post this. If you have not tried this place, it's a true hidden gem. Homemade tortillas, excellent criollo flavor in the Fajitas (taste and feels like my Mom cooked it). This place makes the best steak and cheese enchiladas! The steak is seasoned and cooked perfectly, the red and green sauce brings the perfect amount of spice, and it’s a generous serving size. My wife and I were takeout regulars when we lived in Jersey City and we still travel from Bloomfield for their food! We ordered enchiladas w/ rice and beans and guac tonight. Perfect as always!
