This is probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Service was horrible. Food took wayyyy too long to come out. At least 45 mins. When our food finally came out my husbands steak was cooked wrong and he couldn’t even eat. I’m now writing this review with a terrible stomach ache. All around bad experience. Would not recommend.

On Valentine's Day they hid the prices and took advantage of the situation, very small portions and excessively expensive, I chose that special day to see the place, but I decided to never return.

My partner and I went for a valentines day meal and we were not warned that there would be a pre fix menu so we could not eat what we wanted. Despite arriving at 7 we did not leave until nearly 9:30 as our food took ages to come out we spent more time waiting for our meals than actually eating them. Considering that it was fairly empty the entire first half of our meal we were a little upset and frustrated. The meal was also extremely overpriced. After doing the math for a mandatory (which again we were not told about) pre fix 95 dollar meal we were missing almost 40$ worth of food or drinks to make up for the total 95 dollar cost. I ordered their burrata (normally $16), short ribs (normally 35) and a lemon icecream thing (normally 10). We were given one glass of free prosecco but thst still does not make up the missing money. The worst part was that the portions seemed smaller than usual. I've eaten there once or twice and the portions are always decent but they were much smaller than usual, which just added insult to injury on our supremely expensive bill. We overall found the menu and service to be lacking and again extremely slow. The staff were pleasant enough though a little distracted and seemed like they were still training. They also added a credit card surcharge without informing us of it beforehand as well including gratuity without telling us.

I just had the best experience at Q'tal! Our server was so attentive but also gave us space to talk and catch up. She was so kind and everything she recommended was delicious. I highly recommend the jackfruit croquettes and the sliders which I love that they have vegan options for someone like me. I'm not sure of the name it was a passionfruit cosmo type drink and I didn't even realize it came out with a dry ice bubble. 10/10 for presentation on everything and ambiance. They have a dining area which feels a little more formal ( the chairs were so comfy by the way) and then a bar area with high tops which I think would be great for a girls night. I already can't wait to go back!
I came here for my birthday and the place was honest amazing. The food was delicious and the service was great.

The wait time for food was painfully long. The server seem to forget to bring simple things like ketchup and bread etc after asking. Never provided. Food want bad but the service was aweful. If you have 4 hours for dinner and not hungry, then go here. Otherwise I won't go back

Great place! They were out of lobster but still had a delicious Octopus appetizer and Crab dinner. Amazing service and cool vibe.
