Came here to meet my family and have dinner together while I was on break from my job and the waitress there was extremely rude. I don't know her name but she's tall and looks like a smoker. I asked if we order at the counter and she loudly said I told them I'd be right over. There was no one else in the restaurant so chatting with her coworker was more important. I was here before and the food and staff were great. It's a shame cause now I'll never come back there.

Absolutely love Frank’s! I had my heart set on a white pizza slice after a long week and they went out of their way to put in a pie just so I can could get a few slices of it! The staff is super friendly and always welcoming. Only my second time coming in to eat but it’s definitely my favorite pizza place in the area ♥️ ?? next time I’ll be trying some desserts because they always look inviting in the case!

i usually come here on my lunch break, and the food is great, however, the service is always disappointing. Unless the manager himself is helping you. Yesterday, i had grabbed some food on my lunch break. The woman who took my order had glanced at me while i was waiting for my order, and then loudly said “….small little shirt and yoga pants” and more that i couldn’t hear. The coworker she was talking to laughed. I won’t assume this comment wasn’t about me, however, i was wearing my work t shirt, and yoga pants, and i was the only customer in the pizzeria… Even if this comment wasn’t about me, it certainly did not make me want to come back on my lunch breaks. I never ever wrote a bad review about a place, however, I felt so uncomfortable in the moment, and it was the cherry on top of all the past experiences i’ve had with their service.

We went there on New Years Eve and the place was very busy.We were just there for a quick bite so we bought a plain slice and a white slice with sausage.Both were delicious!We used to go there often but haven't been in years and I'm glad I stopped by.I'll be going back!Kid-friendliness: It's a busy pizza shop/restaurant.Kids are always welcome.

I ordered an antipasto there was nothing on it that was supposed to be on it there was no salami no capacolla no vegetables only some regular ham and some cheese and lettuce . Will never eat there again if you can’t get an antipasto

Food used to be much better in past years. I was not impressed with my shrimp franchise nor the sauce. It was very bland, like flour and water. The shrimps had an iodine taste. Not the first time I've had them and now 2nd time.
