My go to before going to work in the early morning. The early morning crew is great. They are polite and say hello.
The employees at this starbucks are VERY rude. I ordered a drink through drive thru and couldn’t receive a simple “hello” or “have a nice day” but instead the window was slammed in my face. Also my cup was stained filthy so maybe they need to clean up inside. But you could take my money. Will not be returning to this location to be treated this way when I am the one contributing my money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The assistant manager Natalie, who claimed to be the manager and called me belligerent and degraded me because she was refusing to take my name and number for five minutes to have the real manager call me back. I paid $20 for drinks and tipped $7 and then didn’t put any of the extra add ons that I paid extra for, and since Natalie was so rude at the window I was scared to send my drink back because I didn’t know what she would do with it, I typically avoid this location being that this is not the first second or third time this happened but I was running late so I stopped here. I shouldn’t have to avoid any location being that I spend hundreds of dollars with this company. You need new employees, you haave been encouraging people like this for too long and it’s disgusting, I work in customer service for a franchise and I have never seen or had such disrespect. Even though they always mess up my drink I’m terrified to ask them to fix it. Customers shouldn’t be scared of your employees!!!
Pre ordered my drink & food like I do everyday almost 20 minutes before I arrive & I always get there exactly on time. It was ready at 10:11, the inside of the store is closed so now I’ve been sitting in this ridiculously long drive through line & it’s now 10:25 AM my food is going to be cold. I should be refunded for the food being it’s ice cold from my waiting an extra amount of time out of my control. Ridiculous.

We have never been so insulted by the rudeness we just received. Now we have no drinks and no refund. We ordered 2 frozen strawberry lemon aid drinks and they forgot to put the lemon aid in the drinks. And the person who made the drinks got very nasty I will never return to Starbucks again. They had my daughter in tears. I would never recommend the Starbucks in Lakewood nj
