“Cuz, I was in town visiting relatives over the holidays and stopped in next door to pick up a birthday cake. I walked back to the car behind the building and the aroma of bread baking was too much for me to take in, so I had to come in to your shop. I had the meatball sandwich on a home made bun that was so delicious and the meatballs were so big and juicy smothered in cheese. So good! I had to buy a loaf of that marvelous bread for home. Reasonable prices and likely the BEST rigatoni vodka pasta my husband and I have ever had. The sauce was perfect (not too salty or sweet and a perfect balance of cheese and tomato flavor). I moved to Flemington in 1984 and there was only one place to get a good pizza pie and now there's at least a half dozen places for great pies (though there are more than that in number of pizzerias). Sinatra ranks up there with one of my favorites. The cheese on our pie was a little off in colors which made it obvious that it was from two different lots, perhaps different manufacturers. Part of it was super yellow and the other was super white. Odd. I will continue to eat here but my all time favorite is still Taste of Naples mainly for their quality of cheese.“

It took us over 45 minutes to get five pizzas. That was a lot of time, and they wouldn't give us our sodas in advance. It is not cooked on its own tray or in its own place in the oven even though the one blonde girl told us that it was. My son was used to the cross-contamination, he doesn't get a whole lot of discomfort from it, thank God. But to blatantly lie to a customers is disturbing. When I called her out on it after watching them flip pizzas from one side of the oven to the other, rubbing the gluten-free crust all through the flour, she just said to me to take it up with the manager who wasn't there at the time. We aren't asking for you to have a separate oven or anything for the gluten-free crust, but at least cook it on a tray that isn't used for regular dough. At least do something to help with cross contamination.“
