It's hard to know where to start with this homey, wonderful breakfast and lunch spot! My family discovered Patti's when we bought our beach house 6 years ago in Chadwick Beach. Patti's makes incredible food, has a great atmosphere, has the most wonderful staff, and all in all is our NUMBER 1 place to go to eat at the beach! Patti's is all that and more. Feels like home. I hate to post this as they are already slammed with business and still outperform the workload. Expect to wait if you're not there early. Deal with it as it's worth the wait!

The remodel gave Patti's Kitchen a more airy and welcoming feeling. The food is delicious and our waitress was as pleasant as can be. Overall, a good experience and my husband and I will definitely be back.
