The place is a Mexican food gem! The service is always special, but the atmosphere could use a little more.The food, however, is phenomenal. I haven't had a bad dish yet. My favorite is their stuffed salmon. It's the most amazing crab-stuffed yumminess I've ever tasted. Their guacamole is top-notch. The chips and tortillas are always fresh. I can remember when I first moved to Hamilton, that we had but one Mexican restaurant out on 33. That restaurant (and the building too) is long gone, but we've a real wealth of choices now. Of these, my absolute favorite has to be Chencha y Chole (the names of the owners), and it is an outpost of the original location in Trenton.
