The food is good. But if you call in an order and you're asked to "please hold", don't bother staying on the phone, as they never pick the phone back. They've done it to me so many times I can't even count.

Store was slow when i went in, asked for a pork roll egg and cheese specifically asked for NO KETCHUP. Order was ready quickly but was SLATHERED in ketchup. It's not like they were busy and had a lot going on, the store was slow, theres no excuse.

The staff is nice enough, but very inattentive, and on 2 different occasions, I had to stop them from preparing my order incorrectly. There definitely needs to be some guidance given. Also, unless you like your breakfast meats made "hours" ahead of your order and cold I'd stay away. Finally cleanliness is not a priority here either...??

Waited 45 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese the guys behind the counter have no social skills wouldn't give me an update. Told them what I wanted 6 times I then repeated it to them in Spanish they still didn't understand. Wouldn't recommend bagel was ok but jeez.

Best bagels in the area. They need the soft white butter. They use the yellow hard butter that's like the equilivent of stick butter so one side has it and the other doesn't.

The worst service I have ever seen. Ordered 2 bagels took 25 minutes with no update on when the food would come out. Joke of a bagel shop. Do not recommend ever going here. Pick somewhere else.
I ordered a egg bagel and a pork roll and cheese.. I called in my order and still had to wait 20 additional minutes to what i was told. My pork roll was dry and three very very thin slices. This place used to have meaty sandwiches quality has sure gone down.

There's no planet where this is worth $8.50 ???Edit: Bagel toasted, veggie cream cheese, bacon, avocado.The avocado was already browning as you can see in the picture, barely any bacon.. I have no problem spending any amount of money on GOOD FOOD but you DO NOT have good food. And I am surprised you would assume I am upset with the price and instead of taking my comment into consideration you TELL ME the food was "excellent"Very condescending and unprofessional.
