I was referred here by my boyfriend and I was not disappointed. I had a turkey and swiss cheese with everything on it and it was life lol and my kids enjoyed their food as well. I will definitely go back.
I was in Linden for a funeral and got to the train station an hour early. I'd never been to Linden, so I walked down to Wood Avenue in search of lunch and happened upon Big Blue Subs. I'm glad I did. The first thing that hit me was how sparkling clean the place was. The second thing was that they had Italian hot dogs, a delicacy unobtainable in Brooklyn and one I hadn't had in over 40 years. Big Blues has moved. After years in the same location, they are now located on E Elizabeth ave. Just a few minutes from the old location. I stopped in to say Hi to the fellas. But none of the Fellas were there. I just hope the food is still good, seeing that the original crew isn't there. 3 stars for now, because my guys are not there.
