“I absolutely love the atmosphere in here. I noticed it was pretty packed, has great live music (they even played Neil Young!), a lot of options such as cranberry apple tea, a robot, and great artwork. The patrons seem polite and it has a slightly upscale, but laid back, vibe. It is gender inclusive!Parking: It gets packed“
“Thank you to Sammy who handled customers with grace this evening (a Saturday evening in early April) where customers were lined up out the door! She was working alone and yet never stressed, lost her cool and worked tirelessly until everyone had their ice cream in hand. At a day and age where I wouldn't want my own daughter working alone, she was working tirelessly to ensure her customers were happy and didn't rush through despite the line behind her and anxiously awaiting customers. I was very impressed with her!!!“
“Occasionally, my SO and I, go for espresso and pastries. We usually go during the week, after lunch. The place is small, clean, cozy; the lady at the counter is always attentive and polite. We usually sit and enjoy the goodies. The pastries in this place are the closest to the ones in Italy. I should know being Italian and traveling to IT three times a year. Keep up the good work, Palazzone!“
“I did a Google search for a coffee shop and came upon this small, unique shop. I ordered a latte and it was very good. It’s a very small set up with a huge mission. It’s a non-profit to help people with disabilities to have a place to work. What a great cause! I didn’t get any food but the options looked quite yummy.Parking: Very little parking on the street. There is a lot behind the building which had quite a few empty spaces. Have to walk around the building to get to the storefront but not difficult or long walk.“
