Ordered online 2 foot long subs, messed up toppings on one sub, didn’t add enough toppings on both. Called store multiple times but no response goes directly to voicemail. Will not be returning to this location.Kid-friendliness: Added jalapeño on their sub, kids ate without knowing and made them cry.

The food has gone seriously downhill and the prices are far more expensive than competitors prices now for LESS meat and toppings on the sandwich. This used to be the elite sandwich chain with fresh bread and cookies, but feels like the bread is stale, the cookies are dry, and the overall menu is lackluster. The only saving grace of this location is the person who serves customers. Other than him, we won't return because of the cost for the amount of food you get and the lack of consistency with the flavor, taste, and freshness.

I placed a pickup. I came in to grab it and decided to use the restroom real quick because I was on the road. The bathrooms are FILTHY. What’s worse is when I got my food, I got a drink as well. The ice bad black specs in. I asked if I could receive a bottled drink instead and show the worker the ice machine. Instead of comping the difference, he had to charge me 80 more cents even though the fountain drinks were not drinkable.The food looked old and Luke warm. Kinda dirty in this joint. But I had already paid and just threw my sandwich in the trash. Never again.

I went to the Livingston, NJ Subway sandwich shop about 10 times and four times recently. There's a new worker in there now June 2023 that seems to be upping the price incorrectly a dollar or two on each order. She does this whether the customer uses credit card or cash. I'm done with this place. I now go to one of Subway's many other location's although they're somewhat out of the way. Subway's prices are already increased from pre-Covid prices so I don't need a crooked worker to make that worse by stealing a few dollars on each of my sandwich orders.

If I could give a zero star , I would!Extremely bad experience! The young lady that did my sandwich on a Thursday afternoon (yesterday) was sitting with a friend chatting while I was waiting at the side! When she came to the balcony to get my order, she seemed to be really mad as if she was doing me a favor and I had Interrupted her nice chat!Almost throwing things in my bread! Looking at me with a ‘sh..’ face! Awful costumer service! Awful manners! What was that???Meanwhile, I was eating inside, she kept chatting with her friend . My daughter was not feeling well, she used their bathroom with no toilet paper, and dirty. This might be a great job: a place to socialize, while customer are mistreated!! Oh my! how can this type of business survive!?What about public health risks … ?? just unbelievable at a city like Livingston!

The experience GREATLY varies depending on which employee is on duty. I will be avoiding frequenting this establishment on Wednesdays around 3:30, as the woman who worked that shift today was intolerable. I gave my 13 year old my card and told him to order his usual. He came out saying how rude the woman inside was. I looked at the receipt and she charged my son over DOUBLE the price, and put many additional items on the bill! I couldn’t believe my eyes! I immediately went into the store to address the issue. I was met by a woman with a TERRIBLE attitude! She FaceTimed her manager & lied to my face and said the manager told her wrong information when I could hear what the manager was saying to her! It was literally unbelievable… I was STILL charged more then I should’ve been and I am going back when the manager is there to deal with him directly.My experience on Monday at lunch time was EXCELLENT. The man working was so friendly and charged the exact the price on the menu.I hope the manager can help fix this.

My sandwich that i ordered was fine but the female employee working at the time was absolutely MISERABLE!! She was soooooo rude and disrespectful towards the customers, it was almost embarrassing. Her negative vibes, disrespectful attitude and energy made me unbelievably uncomfortable. She needs to get fired ASAP or someone needs to put this girl in her place! ?????
