I had some black rubbery stuff in my drink. I want a full refund for my medium milkshake that I order. I had to throw the entire cup in the garbage. Never visiting again at this location.
Had a late night craving for ice cream, and espresso. At Midnight the selections are limited. Thankfully Dunkin Doughnuts in Lodi is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Service at this location with Mohammad was excellent. I love the way he take pride in getting customers order right. I ordered mint chocolate chip ice cream with marshmallow fluff, and sprinkles of Oreo cookies. Mohammad made sure everything was perfect. I loved the everything about my ice cream. If I could give 0 stars I would. The sign said they closed at 10pm and we got there at 9:30pm. I was waiting 10 minutes and then the lady tells me she is closed can’t help me. Then why was your door open? Do you just shut down your registers early? SMH. Poor customer service and terrible experience.
