Still cheaper for 2 if you buy 3 orders than e.g., McDs, the Bell, the King, etc. Orders are always hot. Yeah, it'll cost you more for better sides but how much better are the sides in a fast food joint?Parking: Can be limiting at times, but they do become available with a little patience.

Not the same as it once was, used to be my favorite Sarku in the area..Portions are smaller, quality has gone down and they don’t follow food instructions for Uber/DoorDash anymore.

Sarku is not a bad place, and the food is decent. They do need to clean the store. Also, keep an eye on your receipts. They tend to up charge.

Whoever owns this place should be ashamed. The workers are trying their best, but kinda impossible to provide excellent service when the building is grossly in disrepair. They haven't modified anything since the pandemic. Everything is covered in panels of plastic held together with tape, and the soda machine has a sign on it that states that you could only get one refill. What's the point of a soda fountain if you can only fill it once? I'm never coming here again. I'd rather deal with the Teterboro location. At least they don't look like hot garbage.

If I can give this place a zero, I would management is horrific food was disgusting. Ice cold no chopsticks to eat sushi with no soy sauce to eat sushi with no spoon to eat the soup with. Call the manager told me best of luck. Nothing he can do to help me out.Stay away from this place it is pure garbage

Sarku Japan is fast casual Japanese food ( like a Chipotle for Mexican).Inexpensive meals that are good for a budget and a change of pace than the regular fast casual Chinese food that is more abundant in our area.I have had sushi rolls all over and these are OK. Built for the price. Not as flavorful as a top end sushi place. The Shrimp Tempura & Volcano rolls were OK. Not huge on flavor. I also had the fried dumplings (Gyozo). Again it is what it is. Personally I rather wait and spend a bit more for a higher quality product especially when eating fish.Maybe the hot entrees (like Beef Nagamachi) are what's really worth the trip.

Nice place but there was a big lantern fly walking on the table....and they didn't have a bathroom...sonif your staying there to eat make sure you know you won't be able to wash your hands after....
