I come to this Starbucks usually once a week because it’s the closest Starbucks in the area. I usually go on my way to work so I have to factor in an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes due to their slow service. When I was in line today I was just questioning why I even keep going back here.. there was one girl making all of the drinks and then someone on the register. i waited literally 10 minutes to get an iced coffee that doesn’t even taste that great. they are very slow and do drinks for the people behind you first. i have always had a bad experience at this starbucks

Y’all need more than 1 person working this location in the AM especially. It’s unfair to your staff. It’s the only Starbucks with in 30 mins. The lines are bound to be crazy. You gotta find a solution
