Friendly attentive service and excellent authentic Italian food. Favorite items on the menu are the croquettes and any pizza or pasta. We always end our meals here with their affogato. Their drinks are also fun and wine list has something for everyone , from newbies to connoisseurs. Perfect for a date or friends and family gatherings. 5 stars to one of my favorite restaurants in NYC!

Beyond pleased we found this gem - having grown up in Tuscany and lived in NYC for 20+ years, I can say their pizza was one of the most authentic and reminiscent of home that I've had in the city. Husband's papperdelle bolognese were also excellent, as were other's ravioli, as well as the Elizabeth Street cocktail. Only regret was that we DIDN'T stay for dessert and instead went for mediocre cannoli on Mulberry. I really wish I had stayed for their pannacotta or affogato. Next time!

Got there at 6:10 for a 6:15 reservation got sat immediately and just felt a little rushed the whole time. Ordered the rigatoni with sausage. Drinks were reasonable we're not able to make Paloma's which was interesting. Fair prices, good vibes, food was out quick. Good time would go again.

I don't usually do reviews but I feel this one is necessary. My experience today was outstanding, since the moment I walked into that door everything was so lovely, host approached us with a great attitude, we were seated quickly and server was with us right away, tall guy with beard Italian looking, service was phenomenal and appropriate. Food was exquisite, they refreshed the menu and I wish we could have tried it all because everything looks just so delicious, rigatoni pasta was Al dente and the sauce was so yummy, only downside is the back gets a little loud, if your looking for a great vibe and atmosphere back room is perfect, but if your looking to get more intimate or have a more calm conversation ask to get seated in the front since is a little calmer, this restaurant is a MUST if you are in the area or live around. 5 stars and will come back, excellent service and food overall.

A friend recommended this restaurant and definitely a great choice, Food is so tasty from Tuscan Kale Salad to nutella Calzone, the drink i had with fresh pineapple and jalapeño is to die for, excellent service: the bartender was so friendly and attentive, great vibes in general 10 out of 10.

Emporio provided an exceptional dining experience, made even more memorable by Nicole, our fantastic server. Her attentiveness and knowledge elevated our evening, ensuring every detail was perfect. The food was outstanding, with each dish expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing experience at Emporio! Paula was extremely helpful in reserving a space for 17 guests for an informal early dinner gathering. The food and service was incredible and the ambiance in this space was so delightful! Highly recommend!

It was a very nice time I had. Very good food, really nice music and the best service. My server was so nice and she took the time to explain everything to me so it was the best time.

Food was delicious, and I could devour the focaccia & ricotta all day! I loved that it was thin crust focaccia. The pappardelle bolognese was delicious as well, great flavor and portion. The Bellini's were yummy and not too sweet and most importantly didn't give me a headache. Lastly, the affogato & gelato was so good! The front of the house was cozy and warm, however the back room had an enormous and gorgeous skylight windows! Overall, the 3 star grade was mostly for the service. Although the food itself was delicious and the wait for the food was short, service was slow. It was a bit slow to be able to place our orders. Unsure if our arrival was during a shift/menu change from brunch to dinner, however we had to mostly be proactive in getting attention of staff versus staff being attentive. During most of our dining, there were no more than 2 tables occupied in the back room besides us. I'd come back however for the focaccia & ricotta and to try more dishes

I am normally a massive Emporio fan but this time was extremely disappointing. Service was awful. We were rushed with our appetizers and when the entrees were brought out they were undercooked to such an extent that we had to return one of them. I am extremely disappointed as I chose Emporio for my Valentine's Day and was really looking forward to this occasion.

The food and service was great. However, I was disappointed with the table we were given despite making the reservation 3 weeks in advance. We were 6 guests total and were squeezed into a tight booth. I didn't want to make a fuss and ruin the vibe of the dinner, so I didn't say anything to the hostess, but I regret not asking if we could be moved. Since I booked this so far in advance, I wish we were given a decent table that could fit all of us appropriately.
