“I love this place! Really cute atmosphere if you want to eat in, but I usually order take out. Everything I've had from here has been great ?. Some of my favorites are the pulled chicken chimichangas and carnitas tacos. Today I tried the tacos al pastor... Holy Cow they were good! Everything is so fresh. They just launched online ordering, which is really nice. I might have to go back tomorrow! Try it out and let me know what you think“

“This is a family run business. Everyone is warm and friendly. Service was fast and great. They offer great specials weekly. Food is cooked in less oil than you traditional Chinese restaurants. There is a restroom for customers only which is very clean. You can find parking on the right side of the building.“

“Walked by one morning on our way to Offshore, checked out the menu, the tacos caught our attention, specifically the Baja Fish and Tulum Shrimp tacos, a couple of our favorites. Decided to come back for lunch the next day. We ordered the aforementioned tacos. Server was nice, brought our drinks fairly quickly along with some tortilla chips... but no salsa. Had to go inside and request it later. Salsa has good flavor, they have a green and red, mild to medium spice. Tacos arrived, they looked great, nice presentation... but the shrimp was seriously lacking in flavor. My wife and I have had shrimp tacos in Tulum and these weren't even close. Plus only 2 medium-sized bland shrimp in each taco. The Baja Fish taco had decent flavored sauce on it. The tortillas were not warmed or grilled or anything on either tacos.“

“Goodquality Mexican food. Shrimp Diablo was quite tasty! Place was relatively busy but not hectic. Food is freshly prepared. Complimentary chips and salsa are the perfect accompaniment. Service was nice. The bakery display looked delicious. Will have to swing by for some pastries.“

“I haven't had authentic Mexican food like this since I left Mexico. The seasoning is excellent. Everything I tasted was so good . Getting the food is slow because they cook fresh food upon order. However, everybody is very kind and patient. The restaurant is very beautiful and colorful. I truly recommend this place.“

“Galindos is one of my favorite local places in Long Branch to order food. Me and my buddy always order take out from them and get the burritos. I personally get chicken on mine, but there are a lot of options. Very large portion sizes and great quality, and the prices are great! Also recommend the horchata!“

“The chicken burrito I just ate here is easily The Best Burrito I’ve ever had!The melted cheese topped by crema fresca on the OUTSIDE was a real treat! “I don't live in the area but anytime I am in the area I stop in for dinner or get takeout. The restaurant is a small mom & pop type of establishment. I am not fussy about waiting or service. I just want good tasting food. Prices are reasonable. What I also like is that on my visits I see small families eat here & mostly Mexican/Latino people which tells me the food must be good because they are more familiar with the cuisine than I am. I LOVE their chicken soup and always get a large container to go. I usually get chicken enchiladas. This past visit I got Tinga which is stewed chicken & potatoes, rice & beans = delicious. If I lived anywhere closer, I would definately be getting takeout very frequently. My experiences have always been good,Vegetarian options: There is something for everyone.Parking: Park on the street. There is also parking to the right of the building & there is a supermarket across the street.“

“We found Surf Taco after touring Monmouth and our son wanting to check out the surfing waves at Long Branch Beach. It was slow for a Friday afternoon, but the food was excellent. It was fresh and came out fast. The establishment was clean and the staff helpful. We had the Surf Nachos, Mavericks, Buffalo Solidier, Chicken Taco and Shrimp Taco. Higly recommend!“
