“Love this place. It's basically north-western NJ's local "dead bar".I'll always be here for all the Dead cover bands. Diamond Eye Jack, This Old Engine, and whoever else they can book.Good beer selection. Fair prices. Chill and laid-back staff. Great crowd.I wish they took out a few tables to make more dance floor space though. It seems like we always need more dance floor space.I wish they'd start booking some real deal bluegrass bands, some blues singers, and maybe a bit of jazz thoughBut literally, I love this place. It's family. It's home.“

“My experience at the Zabava restaurant was amazing. From start to finish, it exceeded all expectations. The food was exceptionally delicious, offering a delightful choice of traditional Ukrainian dishes with authentic flavors and textures. The service was great, with attentive staff members who went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our celebration experience was perfect. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout the entire evening. What truly stood out was the outstanding music that filled the air, adding an extra layer of ambiance and joy to the celebration. Thanks to their recommendations, we were able to find outstanding professional that was able to create amazing atmosphere and unforgettable memories.I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant's attention to detail and commitment to excellence left a lasting impression on me and everyone in my party. We were all thoroughly impressed and grateful for such a wonderful experience.“

“Vegetarian options: The menu includes a falafel wrap. I believe they are most popular for their wings. For vegetarians and vegans they have tofu and falafel "wings" with 350 different sauce combinations! The best vegan wings I ever had!“

“It was a Thursday evening and we sat in the bar. We ordered off of the Chefs Tasting menu. We both ordered a salad and had the salmon entree which was deliciously perfect. Then we got to order a dessert because all the were included in the 29.99 price! It was excellent. We also had wine with our dinner.“

“The clams in wine sauce were so salty it was insane. They hurt mine and my partners tongues. Otherwise the food was good. The teriyaki salmon was amazing!!!! We also had their winterberry sangria which tastes exactly how you think it would--the mulled cider was the standout of that drink. The pub is very small town Irish pub style. It was cute.“

“I have ordered takeout from here twice and eaten here twice, and we are now considering this our favorite date night spot close to home. Each time, the food was far above my expectations regarding restaurants in Hunterdon County. You would think from the name of the place that it was simply the standard Italian fare, and you would be mistaken. There are Asian, Mediterranean, and American influences as well, making the selection very well rounded, and everything is prepared and presented with obvious care and attention to detail. The sauces are TO DIE FOR. The owner is a very warm gentleman who makes his rounds not only to greet customers but also to provide support to his staff. Don't miss out on this gem!“

“The burgers were ok,nothing special being I'm a butcher. The service was superb!!It's a nice place for date night with your wife or girlfriend,it's laid back! One thing that bothers me when we go out is everything still over priced!!This inflation is out of control, this dinner should have cost about $45.00 including TIP.They say things are getting better, where I ask??Things were so much better beforeParking: leaving the pub is a bit difficult pulling out onto traffic!“

“Lots of pizza places to choose from in Long Valley, but this is our go-to. Love their pizza! And staff so friendly. For the 3rd year in a row, they let the middle school play have their cast party there. The kids run around on the grass and pizza and drink soda. Pizza has long been consumed, but they let us stay and celebrate and eat cake long after they have closed. Very supportive of kids and the community. I'm happy to recommend them!“
“We went for a game or two for my adult son's birthday. We enjoyed some drinks and appetizers in Big Ed's and then bowled on one of the lanes in the VIP room while league games were going on in the main area. The servers were very attentive, and we had a great time.“
“Great place good people. Only giving it four stars for the one wicked witch bartender that works there. Most of the bartenders are great however, Sasha, the other one that looks shockingly like a man is a disgrace to bartenders nationwide. Love everyone else though and the darts are fun to play with.“
“I'm sorry ? didn't know that you would like me and not my friends but and to be able to to see you all the cleaning products I have to go with is one of the slit in our house ? I have a job for my mom who is going to have a job for her and I have a lot of stuff to do and I don't want to go to a wedding ? “Great local restaurant and bar. Food is always great. They have a robust menu and also add seasonal ideas.. They have separate dining room and bar areas and a banquet room. The bar has high tops and booths. It can get busy to very crowded around 5 to 7 with golfers and corporate folks. You can eat at the bar if you prefer. Nicely decorated and good craft spirits and beer selection.Parking: Big lot with lots of spacesKid-friendliness: Family friendly I would suggest the booths in the dinning room very private vibe.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in the back. Main entry has 3 low steps“

“We have eaten there several times and it is always delicious. We want to give special appreciation to Rachel, your manager, for her special caring and sensitivity to our needs. In today's world, where one struggles, especially if old like we are, to speak to a live human being, when you are able to converse with a person who is actually listening to what you said, this is rare. Add to that delicious fresh food and you have a winner. Tonight we had fresh large shrimps with a most delicious home made cocktail sauce. Fresh crab cakes with a fabulous remoulade, and a chocolate mousse to die for as dessert. We ordered too much and have to save some for tomorrow. We live in town, and are happy to see the names of so many out of town visitors appreciate Chesapeake Tavern.“
“Lakeside tavern is a great place to go! The bartenders are amazing. Michele is my favorite to visit every time I go. The line dancing every week is so much fun! It’s great when they have entertainment. They really should charge a cover charge because you’re getting a lot. I hope they continue to Linedancing every week because it’s a lot of fun and the food is amazing. The chef there does the most amazing job!“
“Excellent food and beer options. The bartenders are very friendly and you also have the bowling alley in the same building so it’s pretty rad. Build your own burger ? or sandwich is awesome. Definitely recommend the Mac n cheese with crispy chicken!“

“Nice, cozy spot, family restaurant with a nice bar. My daughter loved her ziti with meatball. My wife really enjoyed her chicken over pasta, and I was surprised by the quality of the prime rib king cut. The prime rib was fresh, tender, and juicy. It was a bit under seasoned, but it didn't matter at all. The quality of the meat was really impressive. There was no photo of dessert, but the apple crisp was warm and delicious.“
“All in all we very much enjoyed our night out to PH Steakehouse. Drinks were properly made and they had Monkey 47 (my favorite gin that can be hard to find at restaurants) and we enjoyed everything we ordered. They start the night with complimentary Parker house rolls and a seasoned olive oil. I sprung for the French onion soup, which I must admit was one of the best I’ve ever had. Our entrees were enjoyable, however my wife’s medium filet came out closer to medium rare. Having cooked many steaks I fully understand this can happen and they were happy to refire it to my wife’s content. I got the swordfish entree which was cooked perfectly (grill marks and all) and was pleasant enough. My one gripe is the rice and veggies that came on the plate screamed for updating. They were reminiscent of a restaurant from the 70’s, completely bland and felt as if they were there to fill the plate rather than to enjoy. We paid a little more than I would of liked considering I’ve had better meals at the price point, but all in all I would return here.“
“2/23/24: The Stanhope House dates back to 1798! It's like the all time Great American Road House. A group of us came put to support our friend's friend BD Lentz- blues guitarist. What an amazing show BD and his other accompanying musicians put on! The venue had phenomenal acoustics. Many of us were on the dance floor getting down. Many of the GREATS like Buddy Guy, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Johnny Winter... have performed here. A basic bar menu is available. We had Beer, Pinot Noir, Cesar Salad, Sweet Potato Fries and Coconut Shrimp. All the food was pretty decent. The entire staff is very friendly. Parking is available in back of the building. "Presently , there's been a lot of talk about tearing this great historic place down. Please sign the petition on Change.org- Save The Stanhope House !!" Thank you for your support! : )“
“After a morning out and after adventuring, I was all the way out in Hackettstown and in need of some solid bar food. I found Marley's via my trusty fellow yelpers and was so glad that I made the effort to pop in. I was immediately sat at a high-top close to the bar, and got water quickly. Their menu had an expansive list of your typical bar foods, but I got the potato skins (YUM) and their buffalo chicken salad. That thing was humongous and delicious. Everything about the food here I had was solid and hit the spot. While their customer service could be a bit more attentive, because it was hard to flag people down to extra things as you needed it, everything else was fine from the quality of the food, the speed of service, cleanliness, etc. This place is solid and the portion of the food was stunning. I'd recommend this place to anyone popping in for a quick snack/eat or needing a drink/bar food.“

“We Googled midgette wrestling and this establishment came up. Beforehand we were somewhere else where we had to evacuate because someone was smoking in the bathroom. They have a pool table, shuffleboard and decorated for the holiday season. The bathrooms were "home-like" and clean. Looking forward to the event on Wednesday. I hope the midgette wrestling event isn't as primal as it could be. Uncertain if they have food. Will post again after midgette wrestling.“

“Great upscale restaurant. Our waiter Julio was friendly and very attentive. He made a point of explaining the menu and answered all our questions. The food was outstanding. We all ordered the prefixed chef's table dinner. A sample of several different items on the menu, was more than enough food for everyone. We will definitely be returning.“

“This place is no frills, looks like a cheap banquet hall, but the food is good.Honestly a lobster tail and a t-bone steak for $36 is a pretty sweet deal.Food is pretty simply cooked and plated, but it's tasty and we walked away full.I have to say I loved the taxidermy decor.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and it's spscious enough inside for wheelchair“

“We go to Chilis quite often and are always welcomed with open arms! Our waitress Alexis is the best, and is always making sure our little ones food order comes out not long after being seated so he can eat right away! Our son also has food allergies and the staff is always very accommodating to make sure he’s given safe foods to eat. The manager Edgar is always checking on us and making sure all is good and everyone is happy. If he gets a quick minute he even helps keep our son entertained by giving him a quick tour of the kitchen! It’s so nice to go to a place and be treated like family :-)“

“Gorgeous restaurant, great service. Joanne was our server and she was fabulous. Celebrated a birthday and they weee sure to sing for us and give us ice cream. Easily made a reservation over the phone and it was a great interaction. Beer flights were great and affordable. Only thing is that the some of the burgers were a little underdone from what we asked for, we didnt speak up because it wasn’t a big deal to us but I’m more than positive they would’ve happily corrected the issue.Berry and Brie burger pictured below“
