My family had a great birthday dinner here! All of the seafood dishes we had were excellent. There was a small mix-up where our appetizer was delivered to the wrong table and a different one was given to us- and the waitress said she let the other table keep the app but took ours away. We were disappointed to learn that the other table got a free app and we didn’t, plus we had to wait longer. Despite this I would still highly recommend, just maybe not during their busiest hours....read full review
We just moved into town and decided to go out for a nice dinner and could not be happier with the service and food at Chesapeake tavern! My fiancée has the Scallop roll and it was fantastic! I opted for the Chesapeake burger and it was cooked to perfection! Looking forward to becoming regulars! Great job guys!

The food, atmosphere, and service here are excellent. Whether you want a lobster roll, oysters, steak, pork, or a salad they have you covered. I'll definitely be back, especially for another glass of their peanut butter whiskey.
