“While walking back from my class trip at the Whitney Museum, I stumbled upon this wonderful shop and just had to have a look. I kept peaking over the menu by the window and was surprised with how many options they had, they had avocado toast, Açaí bowls, smoothies, juices etc… Since I was running late to my next class I just decided to settle for a smoothie. When I walked inside, the shop had such a beautiful atmosphere, with a few juices/ pastries on display. I even noticed some fresh fruit hanging in the back. The tacos are packed with well seasoned meat, the crispy fish was nicely dressed with slaw and sauce, the salsa are delicious and pack a nice little punch. My michelada was nice but I'd give the agave wine margs a pass if you're a marg purist. Juan Carlos took great care of us. On hand just when we needed with what we needed, friendly, and left us plenty of time to chow and digest before sending us on our merry way. And they gave a lot of it in the taco as well, so I was happy with that. I also got brown rice as a side. It was a hearty portion size of rice. I got vegan naan bread, which tasted delicious and exactly like regular naan bread. I also loved that they sealed the boxes with tape with a drawn heart on it.
