Great coffee shop connected to a climbing gym. After two visits, I can give them my highest recommendation. If you're just there for the coffee, they have a nice large space with tons of seating and lots of natural light. The oatmilk cortado was delicious - I heard another customer tell the barista sipping it was "like a warm hug." What sets them apart is the food. I love Method!!Method is such a great cafe for studying, working, or even for a quick cup of coffee before your climb! I always get an iced oat milk latte with simple syrup, and the espresso in it is VERY rich and very smooth. Could also be a combination of the smoothness from the oat milk they use! Great coffee and tea! Perfect staff: they all care deeply about their craft, and they want you to enjoy it as much as they do.And apparently it’s a climbing gym too! It’s a bizarre place, and I love it.There are books and games around, and some cool seating.
