“Loved pizza before, but cant anymore due to recent health issues. Love that this place has "no cheese" and "light sauce" as options! I know that "isnt pizza anymore", but it's closer to pizza than I recently have been having!Dietary restrictions: Options for no cheese, less sauce, etc. Excellent!Parking: 20 spots shared amongst a few businessesWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp“
“First time here since May 1979! It was my go to place in college. Great location and plenty of parking. The pizza was exactly as I remembered. Thin crispy crust and just greasy enough! Pepperoni only was also excellent. Same family still owns it. I found an old checkbook; late 1975 and it was $3.50 for a large pizza delivered!“
“I had a fantastic experience here! The food was so good that I wanted seconds of everything we ordered. The service was also fantastic; our server was incredibly nice and helpful, consistently checking in on our table to see if we needed anything and ensuring we never waited too long. The atmosphere was delightful, and everything was clean and neat. If I could, I would give this restaurant six stars. I will definitely be going back soon!“
“Stopped in for lunch today and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The pizza was delicious and we loved the house salad we shared. The service was really great -- quite remarkable actually. We thought the staff member assisting us must be the owner (he was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful) - but when I asked, he said he is actually the manager. Formaggio's is a great pizza "gem" -- and we will be back.“
“My GF had to throw a baby shower at work and learned about it last minute. We walked over to Baba’s and asked if they could help. The staff were awesome and said they could definitely help us with our dilemma. We had no idea what to put on the cake besides the baby’s name haha. I was just expecting something plain and simple, but was shocked out how great it looked when I went to pick it up.Thank you Baba’s for coming through!“
“The food and wine were outstanding - one of the best meals I've had for a long time. One of us had Osso Buco, I had Filet and my partner had a Chilean sea bass special. Each dish was perfect. The pumpkin cheesecake was creamy light and spiced beautifully. The restaurant had a lovely warm ambiance.“
“This has been one of the premier Italian restaurants in the New York metropolitan region for over 30 years. During a recent lunch, the caliber of the food was excellent, as usual. Our waiter was attentive. The decibel level was moderate. When the bill arrived, we agreed that it was quite reasonable.“
“We have been going to Italian Village for 20+ years. It has been our go to for pizza and catering. Tonight we had shrimp Francese with spaghetti and Shrimp Milanese with penne. Thanks for the Recommendation Dominick) Both were delicious. The shrimp is cooked to perfection. Both entrees came with a side salad and Bread. We were treated to complementary cheesecake and tiramisu. Both made fresh daily and both delicious. The cheesecake had a creme brulee topping. We always enjoy our meals there and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.“
“Delicious food & accommodating restauranteurs. Stopped by right after my flight in and Mel & Enzo gave me a warm welcome. Had Polpett della Casa & Tacconelle Aruzzese Al Funghi, the pasta was fresh made and delicious. Will be back when in Madison, thanks for a great meal!“
“A delightful dining experience at this BYOB. Probably the friendliest service we’ve encountered. Next door to a wine shop if you forget. Stuffed mushrooms were excellent, earthy with a very nice sauce. Specials of seafood w linguine (clams and crab) and a Parmesan chicken (chicken martini) were excellent. The homemade tiramisu was delicious and fluffy, to melt on the tongue. Excellent dinner. Service was perfectly paced.“
