“My wife and I had the most delightful experience at The Hidden Chickpea in Madison, NJ! ?✨ From the moment we stepped in, the cozy ambiance and friendly staff made us feel right at home. ?I ordered the MAD Burger ? - a true masterpiece featuring two smashed Beyond Burger patties, lusciously topped with red onion jam, vegan provolone, fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, all brought together with a rosemary garlic aioli. Served with a side of hand-cut fries ?, this burger was beyond belief! I was utterly amazed at how it rivaled traditional beef in both taste and texture. ??For sides, we indulged in the hummus and smashed sprouts - both were absolutely divine. ?? My wife opted for the Fonzi bowl, a delightful mix of quinoa, roasted zucchini, yellow squash, roasted red peppers, vegan feta, and beet aioli. She couldn't stop raving about it! ??The Hidden Chickpea is a gem for anyone seeking scrumptious vegan options that don't compromise on flavor or creativity. “Went here today with my mom and boyfriend. Literally ordered sooo much food (almost the whole menu) and everything was phenomenal. We all got a fistbump. This guy knows his sauce. “A delightful dining experience at this BYOB. Probably the friendliest service we’ve encountered. Next door to a wine shop if you forget. Stuffed mushrooms were excellent, earthy with a very nice sauce. Specials of seafood w linguine (clams and crab) and a Parmesan chicken (chicken martini) were excellent. The homemade tiramisu was delicious and fluffy, to melt on the tongue. Excellent dinner. Service was perfectly paced.”

“The food here is sooo delicious!! Tried it tonight with my husband and we highly recommend it. The sandwich bread is perfect (usually my husband is super picky about that) and they’re super generous with the portions. We got the Oreo milkshake too and omg it was so yummy. Try it!! 10/10. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful.”

“Me and my son had a chinese craving so we ordered here. Never been before. We shared and it was actually enough for us. We got the chicken lo mein which was sooo good. Not too greasy either, like the right amount of flavor/sauce. Beef with broccoli was also very tasty. They gave a good amount of beef. The broccoli was not soggy at all. Still had great texture. The almond cookies were also tasty. I also felt the price was good since I ordered on Uber eats. Definitely going to order here again.”

“On our way home and picked up some desserts from this cozy cafe nearby. My eyes landed on these cute little personal size crepes! I love the fact that each of us got to pick our own flavor instead of agreeing on a single flavor big cake. My personal flavor was the chocolate sea salt caramel, and the matcha was good too. The staff was very friendly and invited me back for their seasonal flavors. Highly recommended!”
